Our store offers all varieties of cuts of beef, pork, lamb and whole chickens. We also offer custom processing with the purchase of a whole or half beef, whole pig, or whole lamb.
We have a large selection of metal farm toys for kids' and durable, realistic farm animals.
ABOUT THE ROOTED TABLE
We grew up on cattle farms and we continue our own farming journey as we raise our kids in the beautiful countryside in Folk, MO. We have been raising our own pasture raised, grain and grass finished beef cattle, forest raised pigs, grass fed, parasite resistant lamb, pasture raised chicken, free range chicken eggs, as well as two beautiful jersey cows that provide us with the most delicious raw milk! We practice regenerative agriculture with all of our livestock. This includes intensive grazing and moving our animals daily across our 200 acre farm during the growing season. By practicing regenerative agriculture it allows us to eliminate the use of wormers, antibiotics, herbicides, chemical fertilizers, and the majority of fossil fuel usage. We offer a wide variety of the most natural, delicious meat and produce and we love being able to share our products with others.
Pasture Raised/Grass and Grain Finished Beef Options
All of our livestock spends their entire life on grass pastures using regenerative agriculture methods of intensive grazing. No added hormones, antibiotics, steroids or implants. Grain finished beef is supplemented grain each day, for the last 90-120 days, while still on the pasture to increase marbling.

About Our Sheep...
We raise antibiotic free, parasite resistant sheep through our Regenerative Agriculture practices. We move our sheep to new pasture every few days to give them fresh ground to graze on. All of the Lamb sold in our store is born and raised on our farm completely free of any vaccinations, antibiotics or dewormer. It is 100% grass fed from birth to finish.
Pasture Raised Chickens
We raise pasture raised meat chickens and laying hens. We raise the American White Bresse meat chickens and we have a variety of laying hens. Contact us to get on the wait list for Spring or Fall meat chickens!
